| The TESL course will give training to individuals interested in Teaching English as a Second Language. The focus is on phonics, pronunciation, conversation, games, grammar, songs, shadow reading, arts and teaching aids. Students will have the opportunity to organize lessons for presentation in front of the class and the instructor. Graduates will have a strong knowledge of lesson organization, material development, teaching strategies, and practical skills which they will put to use in their practicum. The TESL course is 4 week, and ends with a four week teaching practicum. |

The TYC course is 4 week, 25 hours/week program, and ends with a four week teaching practicum. |
